At Fluff & Co. we stand behind every product with our 30-Day Happy-Coat Guarantee. If you and your doodle aren't completely satisfied, we'll make it right.

30-Day Returns

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. To be eligible, items should be in re-saleable condition (grooming tools lightly used for testing are fine — we know you need to try them on your pup). Please keep your order confirmation as proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

Email fluffandco.store@gmail.com with your order number and reason. We reply within 24 hours with simple next steps. Please don't send items back before contacting us.

Refunds

Once approved (and received where applicable), refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You'll get an email confirmation. Original shipping is refunded on faulty or incorrect items.

Damaged, Faulty or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We'll send a free replacement or full refund — including return postage — at no cost to you.

Change of Mind

Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 30 days. The customer covers return postage; the product price is refunded once the item is received in re-saleable condition.

Your Australian Consumer Rights

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
